BEFORE YOU BOOK, CHECK OUT OUR PET POLICY:

– A Maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per guest room

– Upon check-in a copy of the pet’s passport has to be provided

– A non-refundable pet fee of THB 1,500 per night per pet will be charged upon check-in. Our fee includes sleeping mat and bowl of food (1 meal per day). The fee does not include any additional costs which may result from damage or need for excessive cleaning of soiled linens, carpeting or furniture

– Should your pet be above 10 Kilograms. Please provide more detailed information about your pet and its travel experience so we can allow exceptions on an individual basis

– Pets are not permitted at the community pools, SO/ FIT, SO/ SPA, Kids Tents and Meeting rooms and Wine & Dine Outlets with the exception of Beach Society Restaurant for which prior advance reservation is required

– Pet owners are given the option of availing their entitled restaurant breakfast benefit (if applicable) in their room for a delivery surcharge of THB 300++

– Pets are permitted only at the property’s Blue Bike Lane for their daily walks

– Pets must be in owner’s care at all times as he/she is not to be left unattended on property or in villa

– Pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date and he/she is free of fleas or ticks

– Pets are not aggressive and is well-socialized with other animals and guests

– Pets must be on a leash at all times when he/she is in the resort unless he/she is in the room

– If you require Housekeeping service, please contact our SO Welcome Desk to arrange a convenient time for service

– You will be responsible for cleaning up after my pet on the hotel property

– Additional charge will apply if excessive cleaning is necessary. The condition of the villa is based on the sole judgement of management upon departure

– Pet owner will be liable for any disturbances my pet caused to guest stay at SO Sofitel Hua Hin

– SO Sofitel Hua Hin is not liable for any injury suffered to your pet while on the hotel premises

– Pet owner will take full responsibility for any liability arising from your pet (damage or personal injury to the hotel, hotel staff, guest, third party or property)

– The hotel reserves the right to evict the guest and pets from the hotel premises if and whenever required with no prior notification
