The local fisherman’s seafood market takes place along the water’s edge at our beachfront resort every Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. During this unique boat-to-table experience, a local fisherman from a nearby village presents fresh fish, squid, crabs, and the catch of the day—all sustainably sourced directly from the waters of the Gulf of Thailand.

Resort guests can take their pick of live seafood from the fisherman’s beachfront stand and choose how they would like it prepared. The talented chefs at White Oven and Beach Society gently coax out the subtle flavors of the fresh seafood, whether guests prefer their dish steamed, grilled, or served with a red curry or pepper sauce.

With open-air seating just steps from the ocean, Beach Society is the quintessential beach club and restaurant. Here, guests can perfectly pair their customized seafood dishes with à la carte beachside bites, artisan earth stone oven-fired flatbreads, and a premium selection of surf and turf.
