The light summer dish of Sea Bass (THB 590++)
is Chef Tobias’s spin on the classic surf & turf dish, in which a tender piece of seabass
is presented with the saltiness of chorizo paired delightfully with lemon cauliflower cream.
The final dish, Beef Cheek (THB 530++)
emphasizes the juiciness of the meat combined with truffle celeriac cream,
baby spinach and glazed carrot.
