Every Saturday, the team at White Oven invites you to enjoy
a variety of local fish, fresh from Cha Am fisherman’s village.
Selection includes Seabass, Red Snapper, Grouper and more. Pick your favorite one and our chef will coat it in crust of salt before grilling it over a charcoal fire. The salt crust will keep the flesh of the fish moist throughout the grilling. The fish is served with fresh vegetables, herbs, rice noodles and your favorite seafood sauce.
